I ordered a few salon items from cosmoprofbeauty.com and was surprised by how fast everything shipped. I got the tracking info the next day, and the box showed up earlier than the original estimate, which was a nice change from what I usually expect with online orders.
The packaging was solid too, nothing leaked or arrived damaged. That said, the updates were a little basic and I had to keep checking tracking myself, but overall I’m happy with the experience and would probably order from them again.

I went into my local CosmoProf the other day and it was average honestly. They did had the things I was looking for, so that part was fine, but some of the shelves was looking a little dusty and not super kept up.
The floors were okay for the most part, but I seen some hair and little bits of packaging near one of the aisles. It wasn’t horrible or anything, just kinda messy, especially for a beauty supply store where you expect it to feel a bit cleaner.
The staff was nice enough and checkout goes quick, so I don’t really have complaints there. I probably still go back, but I just wish the store was looking more organized and cleaner overall.

"The pro discount really does save me money"
I’ve been using CosmoProf for products I already need for work, I think since sometime last year or maybe the year before, and the pro discount actually makes a noticeable difference. A few things still go out of stock now and then, which is annoying when I’m trying to restock, but most of the prices are better than what I find elsewhere. Ordering is simple overall, and it’s definitely helped me save money.

I ordered shampoo and some color supplies, and the products themselves were good. Everything seemed legit, worked how I expected, and the packaging was fine. No weird smell or cheap feeling to anything. That said, there was a small issue with the order experience, and I do think an apology would be appropriate. I’d probably buy again, but I’d appreciate the company acknowledging it.

I’ve ordered from CosmoProf a few times, and the coupons do help, which is nice. The promo codes are easy to use at checkout, and I do like when they have deals on hair color and tools. Shipping was okay too, nothing terrible, but nothing that really impressed me either. It’s still a decent place to get salon stuff without paying full price, I just wish the overall experience felt a little more exciting or reliable.

My order showed up with one item missing, i had a tiny moment of betrayal when I opened the box. I emailed them expecting a whole ordeal, but they replied quickly and sent out the replacement with zero hassle. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was a rescue mission. 5 stars from me.

Just a heads up if you order salon supplies often: the rewards are actually worth signing up for. I wasn’t expecting much, but the points and small deals do add up over time. I’ve ordered from cosmoprofbeauty.com a few times now, the prices are usually better than what I see at local stores or on other beauty sites. Salon products can add up so fast, right? So if I can save a little without hunting all over the place, why wouldn’t I?
Shipping has been totally fine for me too. Not lightning fast or anything, but everything showed up without any drama. I mostly keep going back because the prices feel fair, and they run deals often enough that it’s worth checking there first before buying somewhere else.
