I found everything I needed, there were way more good options than I expected, not that I’m complaining!

I had a question about my order and their customer service got back to me quickly. The person I talked to was really nice and, i was expecting it to be more of a hassle, but they just helped fix the issue without making it a whole big thing. I’ve ordered from Cosmoprof before, and this definitely made me feel better about ordering again.

Just wanted to share this in case anyone’s worried about ordering, mine showed up packed really neatly, with no leaks, dents, or mess. everything arrived the way it should, so I’m happy with it.

I ordered a few salon items from cosmoprofbeauty.com and was surprised by how fast everything shipped. I got the tracking info the next day, and the box showed up earlier than the original estimate, which was a nice change from what I usually expect with online orders.
The packaging was solid too, nothing leaked or arrived damaged. That said, the updates were a little basic and I had to keep checking tracking myself, but overall I’m happy with the experience and would probably order from them again.

The staff was helpful overall, though it kind of depended on who you talked to. I got the sense some people really knew their stuff, while others were just going off the usual routine. Not bad, just a little uneven.

I went into my local CosmoProf the other day and it was average honestly. They did had the things I was looking for, so that part was fine, but some of the shelves was looking a little dusty and not super kept up.

The floors were okay for the most part, but I seen some hair and little bits of packaging near one of the aisles. It wasn’t horrible or anything, just kinda messy, especially for a beauty supply store where you expect it to feel a bit cleaner.
The staff was nice enough and checkout goes quick, so I don’t really have complaints there. I probably still go back, but I just wish the store was looking more organized and cleaner overall.

I’ve been using CosmoProf for products I already need for work, I think since sometime last year or maybe the year before, and the pro discount actually makes a noticeable difference. A few things still go out of stock now and then, which is annoying when I’m trying to restock, but most of the prices are better than what I find elsewhere. Shipping was okay too, nothing terrible, but nothing that really impressed me either. It’s still a decent place to get salon stuff without paying full price, I just wish the overall experience felt a little more exciting or reliable.

My order showed up with one item missing, i had a tiny moment of betrayal when I opened the box. I emailed them expecting a whole ordeal, but they replied quickly and sent out the replacement with zero hassle. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was a rescue mission. 5 stars from me.

I ordered a few hair color products online to pick up at my local Cosmoprof, mostly because I was trying to get it done before running a couple errands that day. Shipping has been totally fine for me too. Not lightning fast or anything, but everything showed up without any drama. I mostly keep going back because the prices feel fair, and they run deals often enough that it’s worth checking there first before buying somewhere else.
